Domaine de Fontsainte sits in the heart of the Corbières appellation, with family roots dating back to the 17th century and is now headed by Bruno Laboucarié, who advocates for whole cluster fermentation, and low yields. His ‘Gris de Gris’ rosé is produced from hand=harvested fruit vinified in the saignée method and cold-fermented for 35 days, which creates  a salty, thirst-quenching wine full of cherry and tart peach flavors.
