Carpano Dry Vermouth

Carpano Dry is the dry white vermouth from the Turin house that invented vermouth in 1786, now made by Fratelli Branca. It is based on a traditional recipe enriched by Branca's expertise in sourcing botanicals and developed with the contribution of Luca Gardini, the multiple-time World Sommelier champion, to create a dry vermouth built for the modern cocktail bar.

It is pale, crisp, and aromatic, with fresh herbal and floral notes, white fruit, a hint of citrus, and a clean, bone-dry finish at 18% ABV.
